Market survey on the markets for postal services not subject to licence and postal-related transport services

At the end of 2010 the Federal Network Agency commissioned an evaluation of the situation of the markets for postal services not subject to licence and postal-related  transport services in Germany.
With regard to the stipulated scope of the study the size and structure of these markets were the main focus of the study. In relation to this research primarily focused on data about the companies' revenues, mail volume and number of employees in the years 2008, 2009 and (if available) 2010.
Additionally, the largest firms on these markets, interdependences, co-operations, networks and their services were portrayed in short profiles.
